This is a really good manual for Reiki I & II. I'd read others that made me scratch my head. This one has none of the mumbo-jumbo of some other schools of Reiki - there is no need to associate Reiki with religious thought and practice. Reiki fits universally anywhere, with any religion or philosophy or in an atmosphere of none of those.I feel I understand Reiki after reading this book and am planning to attend my first class soon - and it will be from a teacher in the lineage of William Lee Rand. Can't wait!
