The Director of Operations at Treadstone, Levi Shaw has one more favor to ask of Hayes. To fly to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, set up a safe house, and wait for American DIA officers and a local Haitian banker with an encrypted flash drive to make contact, an easy 48-hour job.
