When I start reading a book if the first chapter doesn't grab my interest I usually put it down but with this book I was instantly hooked . I loved how the author described the details of each setting especially the objects /food. I could really read the historical research the author put into this book. Especially describing buildings and what was going on as the characters traveled . I can't wait for a sequel!
