I used this book in a study group and it worked out very well. It has a variety of topics in applying Theology of the Body to your daily life. The problem often in studying this theology in groups is that after doing an introductory dvd series or book study people are "done" with it because they don't believe there is anything else they need to know or think about in applying it to their lives beyond sex, marriage, vocations. This book helps people "go further" in utilizing the theology in many areas of your life which you might never had thought of before being related to John Paul II's important theology lessons.If you are a student of Theology of the Body and want to discover how to apply it to other areas of your life then this is the best book on the market. I would recommend using this as a devotional although it can also be used as a part of a study group. It might be well-placed as a followup to a dvd series such as the ones offered by Christopher West that give a basic introduction to the theology.
