Probably the best thing I did during quarantine was learn how to make stuff in this book. I’ve only made a few of the recipes but I’ve made them again and again, and am excited to try more. The recipes are very easy to understand and it’s easy to get the ingredients in my small/mid size city (who decides what sizes cities are. I digress.) anyways. Cook stuff from this book and you’ll be happy, the end.
