One of the things you will notice immediately about David R. Cook is his vibrant enthusiasm and confidence about his topic. He had me loving his book and I wasn't even through reading the "preface"!!! Just wait until you are laughing when you hit page 13! This guy has had some really funny experiences with very famous people. Page 23 had me laughing again. It continued like this throughout the book. This author is a great storyteller. You will enjoy this book from start to finish!This book is like a Master Class for how to be in the selling zone. My husband is a salesman who I've heard talking on the phone for years and the advice in this book does work! I've seen him make sale after sale using this advice. There are some great ideas that are just classic and most salesman use them and then there are some so original you may not have read them anywhere else!I've read a lot of books by salesman and I must say I'm sold on this one! You will learn how to talk to your clients so they actually listen with intense interest and buy from you because you have presented what you are selling in such a way that purchasing becomes one of the best experiences your client has ever had! I know for a fact that when I bought my washer and dryer it was because the woman was a great salesperson. I knew what I wanted but she made it all the more enticing to get what I bought. For years I've enjoyed having what I purchased and I remember her specifically and the good experience I had buying from her.
